Your First 14 Days

You do not need to learn everything at once. For two weeks, keep it simple: choose something you want to move forward, decide what to do today, come back when life distracts you, and notice your progress.

The method

Work through the decision in order.

01

Day 1: Pick something you want to move forward

Choose one goal, project, change, or unfinished thing you genuinely want to make progress on.

02

Days 2 to 4: Decide what needs to happen today

Choose a few realistic actions. Then go live your day. If you get pulled away, come back and look at what you already decided.

03

Day 5: Look back

Ask what you finished, what got in the way, and what you learned about the way your week actually works.

04

Days 6 to 7: Reset without starting over

Keep what worked. Change what did not. Choose what you want the next week to move forward.

05

Days 8 to 12: Do it again

Use what you learned during week one. Keep the daily routine simple and practice coming back when distractions win for a while.

06

Days 13 to 14: Decide from experience

Look at two real weeks and ask whether you had more direction, followed through more often, and could actually see progress.

Write this down

  1. 01Did I know what I was trying to move forward?
  2. 02Did I know what I needed to do today?
  3. 03When I got distracted, was it easier to come back?
  4. 04Can I point to real progress after two weeks?

Do not judge Outcomes OS by how many features you explored. Judge it by whether you knew where you were going, came back faster when life pulled you away, and made progress you can actually see.
